To save your personal map settings, you can use the session manager. There are two different options available.
permanently enable, i.e. the current settings are saved with every change so that the last state of the map view can be loaded in the next session.
You can recognize the activation by the small checkmark. The map position, the zoom level, and the legend settings (view filters) are saved.
- permanently disable, i.e. the current settings can be saved when needed and loaded again later. However, only one state can be saved; each new save overwrites the previous state.
The functions mentioned can be accessed by clicking on “Session manager”.
| 1 | If the session manager has already saved the state of a session in the past, it can be reloaded using the “Load” button. |
| 2 | Using “Save”, the current state of the map and legend can be saved. This state can then be recalled at any time using “Load”. |
| 3 | By clicking “Reset”, the saved settings are deleted and the state defined in the project settings will be loaded the next time the application is started. |
| 4 | By clicking this button, the tracking mode of the session manager can be activated or deactivated. When it is enabled, the session manager automatically saves the new state whenever the map position or the legend is changed. The new state is automatically loaded the next time it is used. The button always displays the current status of the tracking mode (Disabled or Enabled). |
Note:
The session manager only works when using the same browser, as the session is stored in the browser’s local storage.
