Using forms and functions

The plot frames and plot sequences created via the "Create plot sequences" workflow can then be checked and edited in the respective form.

Plot layout

The layouts that were imported in the "Create plot sequences" workflow are displayed in this object class.

1. The name of the plot layout is displayed.
2. The height of the layout is displayed.
3. The width of the layout is displayed.

Plot sequence

The plot sequences that were created in the "Create plot sequences" workflow are displayed in this object class.

1. The name of the plot sequence is displayed.
2. Information on the plot sequence can be entered.
3. A status can be assigned to the plot sequence, which controls which plot sequences are available for selection in DocPack or in the workflow (extension of existing plot sequences).

Active: Active plot sequences can be extended in the workflow and output in the DocPack output.
Inactive: Inactive plot sequences cannot be expanded in the workflow, but can be output in the DocPack output.
Archived: Archived plot sequences cannot be expanded in the workflow, and DocPack output does not find these plot sequences either. This means that archived plot sequences and their plot frames are not listed in the DocPack output of a partial template that can output all plot sequences and their plot frames. The validation in the DocPack configuration also does not count these plot sequences. They are completely excluded from the DocPack and can only be found via the form.

4. The plot frames belonging to the plot sequence can be opened with Button_3 Punkte.png or with Button_Pfeil.png the plot frames of all filtered plot sequences.

1. The sheet number of the plot frame is displayed.
2. The plot sequence with which the plot frame was created is displayed.
3. Information on the plot sequence can be entered. The plot layout and scale are automatically entered here.
4. The name of the connected sheet, which is located north of the plot frame, is displayed. In the example, there is no other plot frame at this point.
5. The name of the connected sheet located to the south of the plot frame is displayed.
6. The name of the connected sheet to the west of the plot frame is displayed.
7. The name of the connected sheet located to the east of the plot frame is displayed.
8. The height of the plot frame is displayed.
9. The width of the plot frame is displayed.
10. The rotation of the plot frame is displayed.

Menu items

The "Sheet numbers" menu item can be used to edit the sheet numbers of the individual plot frames.

The connection sheet numbers of the individual plot frames can be searched for and automatically  entered in the form (points 4-7).

Find adjacent sheet numbers in plot sequence

Searches for the connection sheet numbers for the current plot data set within the plot sequence of the current data set.

Find adjacent sheet numbers in plot sequence (filter)

Searches for the connection sheet numbers for all filtered plot data records within the respective plot sequence set.

Find adjacent sheet numbers within filter (filter)

Searches for the connection sheet numbers for all filtered plot data records within the filtered plot data records. (The plot sequence is not taken into account here).

The following dialogue opens when you enter the connection sheet numbers for the first time:

Here you can specify which attribute of the adjacent sheet is to be entered.

If there is no neighbouring plot frame, a default value can be defined.

The sheet numbers can be corrected in the "Sheet numbers" menu. If changes have been made to the plot frames (plot frames have been removed/added or the naming has been changed), the numbering is then repeated. The connected sheet numbers must then be searched for again.
