If ‘CSV’ was selected as the source type, a corresponding file must be opened.
After selecting the file, you must specify which characters were used as delimiters or quotes.
Depending on the data, further settings are displayed that must be selected:

6. The number format can be defined via a selection list:
7. The date format can be defined via a selection list:
8. It must be ticked whether the file contains a header line or not. The number of data records found is displayed accordingly.
9. you must select how the geometry columns are contained in the file.
a) Selection of the format
b) Selection of the column for ‘X’
c) Selection of the column for ‘Y’
10) Information on the import template can be stored:
a) A previously saved import template can be loaded.

11) The category of the coordinate system must be selected:
This results in the list for the source coordinate system, which must then be selected from the list:
12. The object type into which the data is to be imported must be selected as the target object class.
13. Once all settings have been defined, the ‘Continue’ button can be clicked to go to the next page of the settings dialogue.
14. the dialogue can be closed with the ‘Close’ button. This cancels the import.
In the import settings (2/4), you first specify whether data records are to be imported from the source file or updated.
Import
When importing, no further specifications need to be made on this page; instead, the process continues directly via the button.
The attribute assignments are defined in the import settings (3/4):
The target attributes can be assigned to the source attributes here. A data preview can also be displayed.
Once all settings have been defined, the ‘Continue’ button can be clicked to go to the next page of the settings.
Filter conditions can be defined in the import settings (4/4):
These can be both spatial and attributive filters:
The import is started with the ‘Import’ button:
The result is displayed in an info window:
Update
The ‘Update data records’ option can also be selected in the import settings (2/4).
You can specify whether the geometries are to be updated and which attributes are to be used for data synchronisation.
Further attribute assignments can be defined:
