Summary
Version NET 14.3.2 is a combined function and maintenance update for the entire NET product family. It mainly improved the stability of the import and export functions as well as the workflows. The user experience got improved and a few new functions got added.

The specified versions for Autodesk AutoCAD and Map 3D are the ones for which NET was developed. Generally, newer versions can also be used. However, there have been occasional updates in the past that caused crashes in NET.
Note on the AutoCAD Map 3D versions
Please note the minimum required versions of Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D for the operation of NET 14.3. The version for Autodesk Map 3D 2024 has been updated since NET 14.2. The patched version is required for NET to work correctly.

Documentation Pack
- An issue that prevented the creation of plots and plot sequences has been resolved.

NET Engineering
General
- If a cable with its own geometry is separated geometrically from the closure/terminator in which the cable has splices, these splices are not removed, and the cable remains topologically connected to the closure/terminator.
- The action “Disconnect all connections” is only performed after the user has confirmed it again.
- A new option has been added to the NET options that allows only duct bundles and their occupied microducts to be displayed for the route assignment text.
- Improvement of the UI/UX in ISA Export.
- A bug was fixed that caused the ISA export to fail when a multi-line geometry was present in the project.
- A bug has been fixed where the inner ducts were incorrectly deleted when changing the pipe type of a protective duct with a different pipe template.
Import
- A critical error in general import has been fixed, which could result in missing data when importing into a PostgreSQL database.
- During general import, fields containing floating point numbers were incorrectly logged as errors, even though automatic conversion to integers was intended. The conversion now works as expected.
Workflows
- The colors are now also displayed for fibers/wires in the Name scheme editor.
- With color display enabled, ducts without a color assignment are now displayed neutrally rather than in black.
Connection editor
- The connection editor has a new column called “Work order”. It displays the name of one or more work orders if the associated splice or patch belongs to a non-active work order.
- The fiber connection editor now again allows a connector to be connected to both a fiber and a splitter path.
- The connection editor now, depending on the selected action, once again displays trays without free splice places as targets for placing fibers or splitter paths. Fully occupied trays can also be edited again.
Dialogs
- Zooming, highlighting, and moving the viewport works when using the functions “Zoom to the geometry of the selected object”, “Zoom to highlight”, “Highlight the geometry of the selected object”, “Highlight all objects in the selection set”, “Highlight all objects associated with the selected object” and “Remove object highlighting” in the corresponding forms now works consistently and analogously to the segments for ducts and cables without their own geometries.
- In the connection overview within the form of manholes, cabinets, and poles, fittings assigned to the respective structure via the installation location are now also displayed.
Reports
- The end overviews now display the correct result even when the cable direction differs from the fiber or wire direction.
GIS-Nebenbestimmungen
- The import of UUIDs according to GIS ancillary provisions can now be started centrally via the general import function.
TNIM
- The TNIM Import now contains an option to deactivate the validation of the data.
- The import validations in TNIM Import V2.1 now also take into account existing objects in the database and the impact of the import on them.

- The validation of insufficient GPS accuracy now supports configurable texts for heading, listing, and closing line.
Export to NET Build
