Access and Login
To use the NET Inhouse Web Portal, an invitation to at least one project is required. Each project has a unique URL, structured as follows:
https://{project-name}.holoflow.app
This URL is also required for logging into the NET Inhouse App.
An invitation is sent via email and contains an invitation link. Using this link, the user can either create a account or log directly into the project if an account already exists.
As the portal is a browser-based application, it can be opened and used in any common web browser.
Resetting the Password
The password can be reset by clicking “Forgot your details?” on the login screen. After entering a valid email address, a link to set a new password is sent by email. Please note that the email address must already be associated with an existing NET Inhouse account.
Overview of the User Interface and Dashboard
After a successful login, the user is redirected to the project dashboard. Here, various statistics related to the project are displayed.
The menu on the left-hand side can be expanded or collapsed using the arrow in the top right corner. From this menu, the following sections can be accessed depending on user permissions:
- Dashboard
- Jobs
- Catalogue Settings
- User Settings
- Account Settings
At the bottom of the menu, a support page can be accessed and the logout button is located there, too.
Profile settings can be accessed in the top right corner. Here, the display name can be changed, the password updated, and the user can switch to different projects.
The main workspace is located in the center of the page. All interaction options are displayed here depending on the current section.
