Main Screen
The main screen consists of the job list, filter and display settings, a button for the map view, and a button for the settings.
The job list occupies most of the screen and, by default, displays the current week and the jobs scheduled for that week. By swiping left or right, previous or upcoming weeks can be displayed.
Tapping on a job opens the corresponding job details screen.
Each job displays a thumbnail, the address, the date and time of the appointment, the distance, and the current status.
At the top left, the display settings are located. Instead of the weekly view, jobs can be sorted by distance or by status.
The filter at the top right allows filtering by All Jobs or My Jobs, as well as by specific status values.
At the bottom of the screen, tapping the central map icon opens the map view. Navigation is similar to Maps: the map can be moved with one finger and zoomed with two fingers.
Jobs are marked with red icons. Tapping an icon displays the associated jobs in a list at the bottom of the screen. From there, the desired job can be selected and the job details screenopened.
The settings are accessed via the round button in the bottom right corner, which usually displays the initials of the logged-in user. A menu opens where app settings and the app language can be adjusted. Additionally, a help page can be accessed, and the user can log out of the project using the button next to their name.
Job Details Screen
The job details screen provides additional information about the selected job, as well as required and optional input fields that can be completed before and during job execution.
At the top is the main photo section, displayed as a blue field with a photo icon in the center. Tapping it opens the camera mode to take a photo—usually an exterior view of the job object. If photos already exist for the job, one of them can alternatively be selected as the main photo.
Below the main photo are the address and appointment details: the job address, the scheduled date and time, and the current job status.
A job in the app can have one of four statuses:
- Scheduled – the job has been scheduled
- Survey – the job is actively being worked on, and the status changes automatically when a scan is performed or a photo is taken
- Review – the job has been uploaded and contains all required information
- Paused – the job cannot be continued at the moment for a specific reason
Below the address and appointment information are custom input fields that can be filled in by the user or serve as read-only fields for purely informational purposes. The entries are synchronised with the Holoplan Portal as soon as a change is made. Leaving a job and returning to the job list also triggers an update of the entries.
The details screen can be navigated by swiping up or down. At all times, the Pause and Submit buttons are available at the bottom.
When a job is paused, taking photos and scans is no longer possible, but input fields can still be filled in and edited. An Activate button appears in the same location, allowing the status to be reset to the previous state.
Tapping Submit uploads the job’s photos and scans and changes the status to Review. In this status, photos and scans can no longer be created, but input fields remain editable.
Tapping Cancel Review resets the status to Survey, allowing the job to be edited again. If a submitted job is paused and then reactivated, the status is set back to Survey.
At the bottom of the job details screen, scans and photos or photo mode can be started.
Tapping the blue highlighted field with the scan icon starts a new scan.
The field with the photo icon opens the photo mode.
Previously created photos and scans are also listed here.
In addition, provided the project configuration has been set up accordingly, there is a signature field here. This allows the owner’s signature to be obtained directly on site.
Photo Details Screen
Tapping an existing photo opens the photo details screen.
Tapping the photo displays it in full screen. The arrow button in the top left returns the user to the job details screen, while the trash icon in the top right deletes the photo.
The date and time of capture are displayed on the photo. A map below the photo shows the capture location. Tapping the map allows copying the coordinates, opening the address in Maps, and editing the location.
A title and a comment can be added to the photo using the corresponding fields.
Scan Details Screen
Tapping an existing scan stored on the device opens the scan details screen.
Details and functions are only available for new scans and scans that are stored locally on the device.
The back button in the top left returns to the job details screen, and the trash icon in the top right deletes the scan.
A title and a comment can be added to the scan using the corresponding fields.
Below the title, the scan is displayed. Tapping it allows viewing the scan in a 3D view or exporting it in various formats. It is also possible to re-run the processing when the scan ist not uploaded. Below that are the photos taken during scanning and the created objects, grouped into point objects and line objects.
