In the catalogue admin all point and route elements can be defined. These can be placed during scanning in the NET Inhouse App.
Equipment Catalogue
The equipment catalog allows uploading 3D models that are visible in the editor and 3D-Plan. These models represent equipment such as fiber termination points or address points.
A new 3D model can be uploaded using Upload Equipment. A name and description can also be added. The name appears in the app’s point selection menu, while the description is displayed in the editor and report.
Uploaded 3D models are visible in the editor and report but are represented as points in the app.
Route Catalogue
Route elements can be created in addition to equipment. Clicking on Create Route allows the user to add a new route type.
When creating a route type, a name has to be assigned, which is displayed in the app when selecting elements, among other places. A description must also be provided and the color of the route selected. A route element can have three different display formats: solid, dashed, or dotted. A thumbnail image is required.
Existing route types can be edited by clicking on their name. All properties can be adjusted.
Node Catalogue
Point types can be created using Create Node.
Each point requires a name, a description, color, and thumbnail. Existing point types can be edited by clicking on their name and editing its information.
