This release improves the stability and reliability of NET Cloud, particularly around NET Scan, file uploads, project synchronization, and map styles. It also extends the new NET Scan data model and makes several background processes more robust.

🛠️ Improvements

• User paths in the new NET Scan data model: Existing user paths from sc_user_path.geojson can now be processed automatically when importing NET Scan data.

• Construction date for scan objects: Construction dates submitted through the NET Cloud REST API are now stored in the new DATE_CREATION attribute for segments, cabinets, manholes, and closures. A fallback to DATE_CREATED remains available for older data models.

• DATE_CREATION in one-click maintenance: One-click maintenance now supports the new DATE_CREATION attribute and can add it to existing NET Scan layers where required.

• More reliable file uploads: File uploads through the NET Cloud website now use the unified Azure Functions pipeline, making upload processing and preview generation more robust.

• Length attribute for NET Scan: The NET Scan schema now includes a length attribute with German and English localization.

• English translations for Telekom uploads: Missing English translations for external Telekom API calls have been added.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• More reliable map styles: An issue that could cause map styles to disappear under certain conditions has been resolved. The existing repair function remains available for projects that were already affected.

• Automatic repair of missing file previews: DMS metadata is checked regularly and reprocessed when necessary, helping to automatically restore missing previews and incomplete metadata.

• Documents and linked information: Deleting a document now correctly removes associated TC_NM_INFO records when they are no longer required, while preserving records that are still linked to other photos.

• Safer map-style filenames: SLD filename validation has been improved to prevent problematic characters that could make projects or Azure Blob resources unavailable.

• More reliable cross-workspace synchronization: Synchronization now accounts for Azure Blob indexing delays, preventing files from being sporadically missed when synchronizing between workspaces.

• More reliable Azure Functions deployment: Function startup time is now taken into account before performing the post-deployment version check, preventing unnecessary deployment errors.

• More robust WFS processing: Internal handling for deleting multiple features has been made more flexible, improving the technical robustness of WFS operations.

• Scan image direction: NET Scan image metadata now supports GPS direction.

• Reprocess scan orthophotos: A new NET Scan action allows orthophotos to be reprocessed.

• Project export and backup: Project export and backup functionality is now available through Azure Functions.

• Project-area file synchronization: Project-area files can now be synchronized between workspaces.

• Location-based plot search: Filter plots by location in Project Admin.

• Clearer file validation: Invalid blob and file names are handled more reliably, with improved validation messages.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• NET Scan downloads: Configuration downloads now surface meaningful errors when the server returns an invalid response.

• Expired plot logs: Actions that should not be available for expired plot logs are now restricted.

• Tile uploads and processing: Retry and queue-handling improvements make tile processing more resilient.

• Warning for empty NET Scan configuration: When saving an empty NET Scan configuration, a notice now points out that the project will not be visible in the NET Scan app.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Umlauts in tags: Tags containing ä, ö, ü, ß and other special characters can be created and edited again.

• Unnecessary geolocation warning: Managing tags for files without coordinates no longer triggers a needless geolocation warning.

• Changing your email address: With admin-approval registration, you can now reliably change your own email address, and pending requests are shown.

• Manually corrected scans: After moving or rotating a scan, it is correctly marked as manually corrected (highlighted in blue) again.

• Deleting a scan: Deleting a scan now fully removes all related files (ZIP and images), leaving no orphaned files behind.

Summary

This release improves permission management and the upload progress display for NET Scan, and fixes several issues around the photo filter and access rights.

🛠️ Improvements

• Faster permission setup: A master checkbox enables or disables the NET Scan permission for all layers at once and correctly reflects the partial-selection state.

• Progress display for Telekom upload: The upload now shows live progress; active jobs no longer appear to time out.

• One-click maintenance for the new NET Scan data model: In addition to the existing one-click maintenance for NET Scan projects, maintenance for the new data model is now available as well. Please note: before running it, the project migration in the database must be completed. Layers from the old data model are removed in NET Cloud.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Photo filter in the DMS: The photo filter on the map works again.

• Permissions without read access: Users with write but no read permission are no longer logged out in a login loop; the app can still load the configuration it needs.
