Documenting a note

If several people are working on a project, notes are used to communicate between the individual project managers. Information/tasks can be stored directly on the affected object and the respective employee is informed of them on opening the project.

Creating

Notes can be digitized with the Industry-Model Explorer > Administration > Notes with the right mouse button in the context menu or imported from an existing geometry.

The note can be assigned to all employees activated for the project.

However, the information can also be used as a reference for on-site employees.

This message appears when the project is opened.

Pressing “Yes” opens the form with the records in the filter. Once the graphic has been set up, the note in can be highlighted in it.

If the note has been “acknowledged”, it is no longer displayed on the next project start-up, but is kept as a record.

Notes can be deleted using the form.
