Cabinet type

In NET Engineering, users have the option of defining different types of cabinets themselves. The form is opened by double-clicking in the Type field in the Cabinet form or in Industry-Model Explorer > Survey plan > Cabinet > Cabinet type.

Attribute Description
Name Enter the name of the cabinet type here. (1)
Info Cabinet type information can be entered. (2)
Active Only active cabinet types can be selected from the drop-down list in the detailed form for cabinets. (3)
Device carrier units The number of rack units can be entered. This is required for them to be displayed in the rack editor. (4)
Manufacturer’s details
Manufacturer Selection of the manufacturer from a drop-down list. (5)
Designation A designation can be specified. (6)
Material The material for the cabinet type can be selected from a drop-down list. (7)
L×W×H The dimensions for the cabinet type can be entered. (8)
Order number Specification of the order number. (9)
Material cost Specification of the cost and currency for the material. (10)
Service cost Specification of the cost for the service. (11)
Description The description of the type can be entered here. (12)
Documents Whether documents have been attached to the form is displayed. (13)
Assigned cabinets The number of cabinets to which this type is assigned is displayed. Clicking on mceclip2.pnglists all cabinets that use the current cabinet type. The mceclip3.pngbutton displays all cabinets to which a type has been assigned in the filter. (14)
