For the documentation of measurements, patching, breakdowns, etc., it is necessary to be able to assign persons who worked on them as technicians. It should also be possible to assign individual points and lines to the respective clients. In addition, it must be possible to assign customers to the services.
All this is done in the Person detailed form.
The Person form is opened by right-clicking via Industry Model Explorer > Administration > Person. The form consists of the General, Customer relationship, Client relationship and Employee tabs.

General

| Rating | Select the evaluation of the person here. Double-clicking on the list box opens the detailed form for managing the various Ratings. (1) |
| Name | How the names of persons are to be formed is defined in NET options. This could be a combination of company, first name and last name, for example. (2) |

| Person group | Select the person group here. Double-clicking on the list box opens the detailed form for managing the person group for various persons. (4) |

Customer relationship

| Attribute | Description |
| Services | If the person/company has been selected as a customer for one or more services, these will be displayed here. Clicking on  displays the service to which the person/company has been assigned as a customer. The  button displays all services to which a customer has been assigned. (2) |
| Statistics | Clicking on  opens a display window that displays the length of the network path that has been connected to the services to which the person is assigned as a customer. (3) |
Client relationship

| Points | If the person/company has been selected as a client for one or more points, this number is displayed here. Clicking on displays the points to which the person/company has been assigned as a client. The button displays all points to which a client has been assigned. (2) |
