State
It is possible to assign a state to points and lines, such as “planning”, “in construction” or “existing”.
The detailed form for state is opened by double-clicking in the State list box in the detailed forms for lines or points.

Tabs
1. The FID of the record is displayed.
2. The name of the state can be entered.
3. Additional information on the state can be entered here.
4. If a closed polygon has been digitized to the status, the area is displayed here.
5. The number of all lines assigned to the status is displayed. Clicking on lists all lines that use the current status. The
button displays all lines to which a state has been assigned in the filter.
6. The number of all points assigned to the status is displayed. Clicking on lists all points that use the current status. The
button displays all points to which a state has been assigned in the filter.
7. The number of all clusters assigned to the status is displayed. Clicking on lists all clusters that use the current status. The
button displays all clusters to which a state has been assigned in the filter.
Menu items
A bill of materials with all elements to which the selected status is assigned can be output via the “Overviews/Reports” menu.
Evaluation
It is possible to select different evaluations in order to assign different priorities to services and persons.
Double-clicking in the Evaluation list box in the detailed forms for services or persons opens the detailed form for evaluation.

8. A priority for the evaluation can be assigned.
9. Clicking on lists all persons that use the current evaluation. The
button displays all persons to which an evaluation has been assigned in the filter.
10. Clicking on lists all services that use the current evaluation. The
button displays all services to which an evaluation has been assigned in the filter.
Classification
It is possible to assign a classification to services, such as “First way” or “Alternative route”.
The detailed form for classifications is opened by double-clicking in the classification list box in the detailed form for services.

2. The short value for the classification can be entered.
3. Input of the value for the classification.
4. The date when the record was created can be selected.
5. The name of the person who created the record can be entered.
6. A comment on the record can be entered.
7. Only active classifications can be selected from the drop-down list in the detailed form for services.
8. A priority for classification may be assigned.
9. Clicking on lists all services that use the current classification. The
button displays all services to which an classification has been assigned in the filter.
Note
The Notes form is opened by right-clicking on Industry Model Explorer > Administration > Notes. There, information can be documented and assigned to a specific user.
Tabs
1. The FID of the record is displayed.
2. The name of the creator is displayed. The name of the person logged in to the program is automatically displayed.
3. The name of the recipient can be selected from a drop-down list. If this person logs in to the program, the following message will appear:
If this message is confirmed with “Yes”, the form of the associated note is opened and can be edited accordingly.
4. The text that the note should contain can be entered.
5. If the content of the note has been checked and edited, the note can be acknowledged with “Yes”.
