Cluster

Clusters are used for the surface allocation of infrastructure to a specific area. Various evaluations, such as the display of statistics or the export of a bill of material, can be carried out for a cluster.

The form for the building is opened by right-clicking on Industry Model Explorer > Administration > Clusters.

Export Bill of materials

A materials list can be generated following a design phase or to determine the quantities required for a specific area.
The NET options allow you to specify how edges that intersect cluster boundaries should be calculated.
The values are transferred to the materials list unrounded and displayed rounded to two decimal places. This may result in minor discrepancies in the totals.

Update status

Once a status has been assigned to the cluster in (3), it can be assigned to all objects within the cluster.

A prompt will first appear asking whether the new status should also be applied to objects that already have a different status assigned to them.

A prompt will then appear asking whether the status should also be updated for subordinate objects.
