Duct Fitting Type

In NET Engineering, users have the option of defining duct-fitting types themselves. The form is opened by double-clicking in the Type field in the Duct fitting form or in Industry-Model Explorer > Duct > Duct Fitting > Duct Fitting type.

Attribute Description
Name Enter the name of the duct fitting type here. (1)
Info Entry of information regarding the duct fitting type. (2)
Maximum connectable ducts If a fitting is to connect more than two ducts to one another, the number must be entered here. A corresponding question about the ducts to be connected is then asked in the Add duct connection workflow. (3)
Active Only active duct fitting types can be selected from the drop-down list in the detailed form for duct fittings. (4)
Manufacturer’s details
Manufacturer This is where the manufacturer can be selected from the database. (5)
Designation The name of the manufacturer for the duct fitting type can be entered. (6)
Order number Specification of the order number. (7)
Material cost Specification of the cost and currency for the material. (8)
Service cost Specification of the cost for the service. (9)
Description The description of the duct fitting type can be entered here. (10)
Documents Whether documents have been attached to the form is displayed. (11)
Assigned duct fittings Clicking on mceclip2.pnglists all duct fittings that use the current duct-fitting type. The mceclip3.pngbutton displays all duct fittings to which a duct fitting type has been assigned in the filter. (12)
