Newly built as well as existing segments and ducts can be documented with their precise position coordinates and, in addition, with a dimensioning with regard to the topography. If different drilling methods were used during construction, the drilling points can be taken from the corresponding drilling logs and thus each Drilling can be documented.
The respective Drilling Points and a Drilling Rig are assigned to a drilled hole. A Surface Type can be assigned to the individual drilling points.
Drilling form
All required information for a drilled hole can be clearly documented.
1. The feature ID (FID of the drilled hole) is specified.
2. A name for the drilled hole can be assigned.
3. The date of drilling can be selected.
4. The type of drawn-in duct can be entered.
5. The duct outer diameter can be entered.
6. The drilling length can be entered.
7. The drilling device can be selected from the drop-down list. Double-clicking on the list box opens the form for managing the various drilling devices.
8. Additional comments can be entered.
9. Clicking on displays all drilling points assigned to this drilled hole. The button displays all drilling points to which the drilled holes in the filter have been assigned.
Drilling Point form
Drilling points can be digitized for the documentation of a drilled hole with Industry Model Explorer > Survey Plan > Drilling > Drilling Point or created via an Excel import.
All required information for a drilling point can be clearly documented.
1. The feature ID (FID of the drilling point) is specified.
2. The drilled hole can be selected from the drop-down list. Double-clicking on the list box opens the form for managing the various drillings.
3. The drilling depth of the point can be entered.
4. The surface height of the point can be entered.
5. The drilling course is automatically calculated from the surface height and the drilling depth.
6. The measurement point number can be entered.
7. The drilling length (distance between two drilling points) can be entered.
8. The surface can be selected from the drop-down list. Double-clicking on the list box opens the form for managing the various surface types.
9. Additional comments can be entered.
10. For an Excel Import, it is necessary to manage the coordinates for each drilling point.
Drilling Rig form
A name and comments can be entered for a drilling device.
1. The feature ID (FID of the drilling device) is specified.
2. A name can be entered.
3. Additional comments can be entered.
4. Clicking on displays all drillings assigned to this drilling device. The button opens all drilled holes to which the drilling devices in the filter have been assigned.
Surface Type form
For the exact description of a drilling point, it is necessary to enter the respective surface type.
All required information for a surface type can be clearly documented.
1. The ID is specified. This allows you to define how drilling points of a certain surface type should be displayed in the display model.
2. The brief description for the surface type can be entered.
3. The description/name of the surface type can be entered.
4. The date when the record was created can be selected.
5. The name of the creator can be entered.
6. A comment can be entered.
7. Only active surface types can be selected from the drop-down list in the drilling point form.
8. A priority can be assigned for the surface type.
9. Clicking on displays all drilling points to which this surface type has been assigned. The button displays all drilling points to which the surface types in the filter have been assigned.
