Adding a report series

Reports can be added as a subtemplate.

The report, the report (memory table) or the duct-end overview can be selected.

Report

DocPack_Konfiguration_Teilvorlage_Berichte_Bericht_starten_engl.png

The following dialog opens:

DocPack_Konfiguration_Teilvorlage_Berichte_Bericht_Dialog leer_engl.png

Subtemplate

A “name” must be assigned for the subtemplate. An additional “description” can be stored.

Data

Under “Data”, the report name must be selected from among those available in the project.

DocPack_Konfiguration_Teilvorlage_Berichte_Bericht_wählen_engl.png

Under data source, the feature class involved is then automatically recognized.

Filters can restrict the objects of the corresponding feature class. With the default setting “1 = 1”, all objects of the feature class in the project are output. However, it is also possible to filter by the FIDs of specific objects. This FID can be found in the upper area of the Feature-class form.

If records have already been filtered in the Feature-class form, they are also transferred to the filter using mceclip10.png.

Display

The output mode can be used to specify whether a report is to be created for each record or whether all records are to be summarized in one report.

Output

A directory name can be specified and a file name must be specified for the reports to be output. The file name can be a specified text, a text in conjunction with a placeholder or created only via placeholders. Possible placeholders can be displayed by clicking mceclip1.png next to the “File name” field.

These vary depending on the selected feature class and the corresponding values from the associated line/point. The following are available by default:

Once all settings have been made, the configuration has to be saved once only by clicking on mceclip4.png.

Additional subtemplates can be added. The configuration must then be saved again by clicking on mceclip5.png.
