NET Inhouse Web Portal 1.0

Version 1.0 brings units to the web portal: buildings and units can now be documented in a structured hierarchy, with their own custom properties and direct links to placed equipment in the editor. Also new: job import via Excel template, Microsoft account sign-in, and bulk actions in the job list. The update also includes numerous improvements across portal and editor, along with a number of bug fixes.

Note: This update requires a one-time password reset. A notification banner will be shown in the browser after login.

rocket New Features

Building Units in the Portal

Units can now be viewed and managed in the web portal. The structured documentation per building and unit enables a more detailed documentation of the cable routes. Units support their own custom properties, in the same way as jobs, allowing project-specific attributes to be captured at unit level. In the editor, units can be linked to placed equipment, enabling direct assignment of installation objects to individual units.

Job Import via Excel Template

Jobs can now be imported using an Excel template. A provided template defines the required structure; the import can be triggered directly from the job list. This significantly simplifies bulk job creation.

Microsoft Login (SSO via Entra External ID)

The web portal now supports sign-in via Microsoft accounts (OIDC / Microsoft Entra External ID). Users can log in with their existing Microsoft 365 credentials, without needing a separate password. Please note: SSO must first be configured in Microsoft Entra by your organization's IT administrator.

Bulk Actions in the Job List

Multiple jobs can now be selected in the job list and edited together. Supported bulk actions: assign a team member, change the status, and set the due date.
