This update introduces floors as a first-class level alongside units, and significantly extends job import: Excel workbooks, named floors, job owners and customer-side reference numbers are now supported. Also new is a complete job export including cross-account transfer. Report templates gained signature and signature date keys plus a customer-ready demo template, and photos can be switched between original and annotated across the portal. The release also brings a revised portal appearance and a substantial set of bug fixes.

Floors as a First-Class Concept

Floors are now a first-class element of a job, on the same footing as units. A floor count can be entered when creating a job; the floors are created automatically and shown in the Building Details alongside the unit count. Units can be assigned to a floor — the unit drawer now offers a select field in addition to drag-and-drop. The units tab in the job list drawer groups units by floor.

Job Import: Excel, Named Floors and External References

Import has been substantially extended:

  • Excel workbooks (.xlsx) can be uploaded directly.
  • Building name and floor count are importable.
  • An externalRef column carries the customer's own job identifier. Matching then runs on that reference instead of the address, which makes jobs at the same address distinguishable.
  • Units are now actually created from the unit count.
  • Duplicate addresses are detected before import and presented for a decision.
  • Non-blocking warnings — such as a multi-sheet workbook where only the first sheet was read, or owner addresses that could not be resolved — are surfaced in the import UI.

Job Export and Cross-Account Transfer (feature-flagged and experimental)

A job can be exported in full as a package: metadata, custom properties, photos, annotated photos, scans including the source .zip archive, bill of materials, reports and documents. The package can be imported into another account. The wizard validates the package first, shows a mapping overview for properties, node and route types and equipment, and writes to the target account only after confirmation.

Scans uploaded via NET Inhouse offer a download of the source .zip archive alongside the GLB on the Resources tab. Scans uploaded directly as GLB/GLTF have no source archive and do not show the option.

  • Report templates (feature-flagged): the template can be chosen when requesting a review and its PDF is attached to the request email, so the separate download section on the Review page has been removed. The approval signature and its date are available as template keys, boolean values render in the account language, manual photos and scan photos form separate collections, and embedded images are rendered at a print-suitable resolution without exceeding email attachment limits.
  • Report settings: recipients and their comments can now be hidden from one another on a job's Settings tab.
  • Photos with and without markups: the editor and the Outputs page offer a toggle between the original photo and the annotated version, and scan photos can be downloaded either way.
  • Job list filters: the Units column has a working From/To range filter, either bound optional, which is also honoured by the Excel export and the saved grid state. The ineffective filter menus on Units Used, Units Allocation and Floors have been removed, and the search box now reads "Search jobs…".
  • Job list filter by custom property (feature-flagged): jobs can be sorted and filtered by custom property values in the job list.
  • Property groups for units: groups are now scoped to either job or unit properties, so unit properties are grouped as intended and the two types can no longer be mixed within one group.
  • Object catalogue: description and thumbnail are optional when creating routes and nodes. Without a thumbnail a default image is applied, and a missing required field is named specifically while the dialog keeps the entries already made.
  • Editor — solo filter: double-clicking a filter toggle in the Hierarchy or Layers tab isolates that category, and inactive toggles are dimmed so the filter state is visible at a glance.
  • Editor — asset swapping and library: camera orbit orientation and position are retained when swapping equipment, nodes and cables. Deleting or swapping an object clears the selection and dismisses the slideout panel, and asset library thumbnails are larger with the background image aligned correctly.
  • Portal interface: the legacy green accent has been replaced throughout with the current blue and fonts follow a consistent scale. The New / Edit Job form, the job list header and columns and the Summary panels are correctly aligned, property groups on the job form can be collapsed, the Review page logo is fitted instead of cropped, the photo hover preview on the Resources tab keeps the source image's aspect ratio, and grid spacing is consistent across pages.

Reports (feature-flagged)

  • PDF output now matches the Word template layout, including static elements such as headlines.
  • The selected template is used when sending by email and when downloading via the share link, instead of always the default template.
  • Bill of materials and legend images are rendered in the PDF.
  • Loop markers in templates only match when they occupy a whole paragraph. Example text containing markers inline no longer breaks processing for the entire document.
  • The photo section shows annotated plan images in their own section; the raw originals of annotated photos are no longer listed as well.
  • Annotated photos and screenshots are provided at the resolution the report requires; affected existing data has been backfilled.

Jobs and Import

  • Photos on the Outputs page default to capture order. A custom order is marked as such and can be reset.
  • A job you own could not be set to "Scheduled" unless another team member was assigned.
  • Addresses without a state or province caused job creation to fail with a generic validation message, even though the field is not marked as required anywhere. UK addresses were particularly affected.
  • The On Hold Status is switching correctly to To Plan, when the set deadline is reached

Editor

  • Switching language (English, German) now applies at runtime across the whole editor interface, without a reload.
  • Clicking Finish no longer raises the unconnected-route validation prompt a second time; finishing goes straight to confirmation.
  • Layout stutter when the toolbar slides in and out has been fixed.
  • After a scene reload, the toolbar and navigation panel could hold on to stale interface references.
  • Screenshot regeneration on finishing no longer mismatches photos.
  • The top toolbar and the side slideout panel no longer clash: the toolbar slides out cleanly when a panel opens.
