How do I assign a (new) user to an AutoCAD license?

When purchasing Autodesk licenses, a software coordinator is stored for Autodesk. The nominated software coordinator is given an Autodesk account that allows them to manage products and licenses.

After their purchase, single-user licenses purchased from TKI must be assigned to users by your software coordinator. To do this, you must:

  1. add/invite users in Autodesk account
  2. assign a product to the users

To do this, log in to your Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com. You can find out how to make settings in the Autodesk account in the Autodesk Knowledge Network.

Note 

You can assign the licenses to other users and unassign them again as often as you like.
