What can I do if I get a "Connection denied" error message after calling the NET Help Center?
An error message “tki.zendesk.com has denied a connection” may appear in your browser window after calling the NET Help Center.

If your browser has an ad blocker, disable it to see if it allows you to sign in. Some ad blockers have their own lists of exceptions. If this is the case for you, add tki.zendesk.com to the approved list.
