Error message: Incomplete user hierarchy configuration

What should I do if the following error message appears: “The user has an incomplete hierarchy configuration.”

Suggested solution

If you receive this error message, the hierarchy mode setting is missing from the customer details.

If a hierarchy tree is available, you can select the appropriate entry from it. Otherwise, select the “Unallocated” entry and then click “OK”.FAQ_Hierachiekonfig_Auswahl_1.png
