Known issues

In TNIM Import v2.1, when TNIM keys are matched, buildings are mistakenly interpreted as building units.
As a result, existing building records are not updated; instead, the buildings are created again on every import. This leads to multiple (duplicate) building entries in the system.

In the current version, unfortunately, no direct fix is available yet. As a temporary solution, the duplicate buildings can be removed manually.

When opening an existing DocPack template that contains plots or plot sequences in the DocPack output, the opening process may fail. This issue only occurs if the template has not previously been opened and saved in the DocPack Configurator.

1. Open the affected DocPack template in the DocPack Configurator.
2. Save the template once (no content changes are required).

After saving, the template can be opened and used normally in the DocPack output.

When calculating networks with NET Design and atesio, information from the street centerlines is not transferred to the possible trenches. The error occurs with atesio version 2021. Here, after the preprocessing and the creation of the possible trenches, no relations to the original street centerlines are returned.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to work around this issue. Atesio is aware of the problem, but there is currently no information on when a solution will be provided.

During project validation in NET Design, after calculation with Comsof Fiber Designer, sometimes an error occurs when project validation is run again after the selected optimizer has been changed.

In project validation, do not select all validations, but only those that are really relevant.
